My long relationship with the Sandkischt has been love for the profession, for human contact, and for the wonderful neighbourhood, which I regard as Strasbourg’s garden.
I rearranged the 100 year-old house with passion and style. It displays my passion for beautiful things, for human contact, and above all for good food.
My wish is that any people going into the restaurant should be well-received, and could feel the welcoming mood of the place and the team.
Once you are seated at the table, you will enjoy the appetising smell of our dishes and tartes flambées. The chefs will do their best to satisfy your cravings.
